Between us, we have a wide range of experience working in personal assistant roles, supporting people on both a personal and business level. Common Questions

Q: How do you operate?
A: We are a partnership between both Rich and Laura. Between us we have years of experience in both personal assistant tasks such as appointment managing, to business level tax and accounting and staffing/HR. Most jobs are carried out by ourselves but some (such as large graphic designing projects) will be sub-contracted out to a trusted third-party company.

Q: What are your prices?
A: You would need to contact us for a price as we offer different prices based on the service you require. We also offer special rates for regular and bulk work.

Q: Do you have a minimum time requirement?
A: We have a minimum of 1 hour blocks. Discounts are offered for multiple hours.

Q: How are quotes worked out?
A: Whatever we quote is what you pay, regardless if it takes longer. Between us we have enough experience to realistically quote for most things. If something has taken us longer, is it due to us having to do market research or gather more information regarding your industry in order to complete the task, which will not be passed onto you. We think of this as a learning experience to help in future projects, therefore it is a cost we take on.

All timings and pricings are agreed beforehand and any alterations to the time or prices will be discussed before taking affect.
